Upper La Noscea BGM not in soundtrack?

So I've looked on iTunes for this song...and I didn't hear it in any of the soundtracks! To specify, it is in the Oakwood area of Upper La. Easily my favorite song next to the Titan Primal. Please let me buy this song

None of the 'new' tracks in ARR are actually available commercially for sale yet sadly - the only ARR soundtrack is the six track Sounds of Eorzea album that came with the Collector's Edition of the game which features the three new daytime city themes and some of the surrounding zone themes. Upper La Noscea is considered a higher level area so it's not included sadly.

The soundtrack you're probably thinking of is Before Meteor, which is the complete soundtrack album for the original version of FFXIV (1.0) which is now shut down. ARR uses tracks from this album, but also has a lot of new tracks as well, including the track you're referring to. I agree though - SE really needs to release a proper soundtrack album for ARR!
