I'd rather not have a meow, even if it's reminiscent of Ocelot's in MGS3.

As for race specific... Many already are: dance, panic, shocked, pose, etc.. Unless you mean like Miqo'te get /meow and Roegadyns get /pushups or something.

Allowing races to use other races emotes would be nice though. I'm not a fan of the manthra dance.
