Lauriene the quest giver for Haukku Manor hard mode is bugged x.x

Whenever I try to talk to her nothing happens so I cant accept the quest from, her to unlock haukke manor hard mode -_-

Same thing happens to me on Gilgamesh. I've tried logging and leaving the area to see if it's me but no fix. The other quest givers seem to work just fine. I talk to Lauriene and aside from a small pause, nothing happens, no dialogue, no quest, nothing. I see the quest marker over her head and its not red or anything, I've also looked up to see if I'm missing any requirements but nothing.

Probably have to wait for the server restart on thursday to get this fixed.
Same thing is happening to various npc's on Midgardsormr as well.
