I wish they would redo the Grand Company Chocobo theme.
It's not bad as a whole, so much as it just feels way too short and the sped-up portion just feels awkward. The whole thing needs to be better fleshed out.

Other than that, I'd really prefer if each mount had its own theme. :-/

And battle/fate themes need to be togglable. Full stop. Tired of them to the point I typically mute all music.
