The idea is to put your jobs in darklight and then do ct and coil once a week while collecting myth. You could actually get your ct gear for one job, put your myth towards another job, and do coil for another job. You just got gear for 3 or more jobs in one week! Not to mention all the darklight your be swimming in!

As long as the rng were not to harsh on you it wouldn't take very long since some of the coil gear is interchangeable between jobs like smn and blm, the tanks, healers.

Don't forget the EX Primals as well for your accessories. There's no cap to those just RNG love::hate so you can save your Myth for getting the spots that coil/CT isn't filling each week.

Some bad maths in here: CT only drops 36 pieces of gear total (6 gear sets consisting of head, body, hands, belt, legs and feet) in 30 weeks you could farm 5 of the gear sets, purchase all the myth accessories and gear out your main job entirely in myth. That's assuming you don't get any extreme mode accessories in the process or any coil gear at all. If your main happens to be a class that shares i80 pieces (tank, healer or caster) then you can add an additional 3 weeks to be entirely geared in i80-90 gear on every single job. 30-33 weeks=/=80 weeks by any math. If you factor in coil loots at roughly 1 drop every 2 weeks, this goes down to more like 24 weeks to be full i90 on 2 classes and i80 with i90 accessories on everything else (assuming rng doesn't hate you and gear you need actually drops).

Crystal Tower is a fun raid in which you can earn 200 tomes of phil and 50 myth tomes. This is fine. I propose that CT be changed to limit 1 item per class per week and 450 myth per class per week. I would like to play all classes but at one item per week with 8 classes would take over 80 weeks, or roughly a year and a half. By that time the gear will be useless as there will be new teirs. Please change Crystal Tower immediately. Sure I could have 8 different charecters, and so could my friends. That would be really hard to keep up with though. I have a hard time remembering all the friends I have. Tomultiply that by 8 would be insane.

The sets contain 6 pieces, as there is no jewelry, so it is 6 weeks per gearset and 36 weeks overall. So it would take only a month and a half to have a rather well geared class, that is without taking into consideration BiS of Myth body pieces and Coil gear.

I was counting accessories as well as part of the myth gear.

Don't you run Binding Coil or Extreme primals? The average BiS for each class is a mix of all i90 pieces. You wouldn't want to buy a full myth tome set as it is a waste when there are better gears for certain slots. Yes it is partially RNG based, but if you run CT so much then you have i80 or crafted philo item gears.

And why are you looking at all 9 jobs? Do you play every single class on a weekly basis? Why not just focus on 2-3 to gear at one time? Spend myth on your main, CT gear your sub and darklight/philo craft gear for anything else.

If so, why not just make a whole new character? Thats right, a whole new character. Level it to 50 and you can now do twice as many CT, coils, whatevers before you are bored, and gear twice as fast.

There are 6 CT sets, with 6 pieces each.
Therefore possible to get all CT gear within 36 weeks.
