My logic is based on the large picture and not the micro scale. I thought you were asking why blacklisted people who join your party automatically? So, I was assuming that you didn't want that to happen, so you wouldn't have to kick them in the first place. Which means if your party of 7 was waiting on 1 more person and that last person was blacklisted by you for example they wouldn't be able to join. Causing you and your party to have to wait more until someone who isn't blacklisted to join your party. Which means more time spent waiting because all it would take is a single person to blacklist someone. Is the current system perfect? No, is there an easy fix that wouldn't affect more than just you? No. Does it suck? Yep.
Just because you have someone blacklisted for one reason or the other doesn't mean everyone else has them blacklisted. /shrug

Well, except they aren't forced to leave. It's their option to do so or not.
My stance comes from dealing with similar systems that I've worked on. You don't just simply add more filtering with thinking of the consequences. I rather have options that none at all.
Unless I'm misunderstanding something, all OP wants is for a way to filter or hide blacklisted groups, the same way you would filter out, say, any groups with ilvls below 45 if you don't want to join a party with potentially undergeared players. It harms no one and only benefits the player.
I still don't understand your logic. Similar systems isn't this system, or this game.

Because its something that can be easily handled by the game client software. It's not a should or should not question; it's a reasonable integration expectation for a blacklist function.Blacklist is only for eliminating conversation with someone. You don't see a person's character disappearing from your screen when you blacklist them. What makes you think that their party finder (a totally separate game system than in-game chat) groups would just disappear all of a sudden too?
I think you're confusing the design concept of the party finder with the duty finder. The duty finder has one and only one purpose, that is to form parties as fast as possible.if a party is started by someone else and lets say already has a 7 players, you have someone blacklisted in that 7, does that mean you don't join the party? So, now 8 people are still waiting around all because of one person being blacklisted. So, no one gets content started and still waiting around. And it would get worse as you involve more people.
The Party Finder, however, is a platform for customized parties, which means choice. It is 100% conforming to the point of the party finder for anyone and everyone to pick and choose what party to join. Not wanting to join any party that already has someone who I've blacklisted is perfectly valid.
Of course, we could join, open up our blacklist, manually check each member, then quit if someone is blacklisted. But this can be done automatically by the game client without any server computation (just hide that entry on my own PF), which is what the OP is asking for.
