Retainer inventory locking up when browsing my inventory

On PS3
Occurs every time I summon the retainer.

This bug happens when I summon my retainer and click "Sell items from my inventory". After I have added a couple of items to the market, I click "O" to back out of the inventory menu to get back to the main retainer options (withdraw guild/items, sell items). When i click the "O", my inventory closes, but the retainers inventory remains stuck open, and no button presses do anything. The only thing that will un-stick it is opening the map with the "Square" button. When the map opens, the main retainer menu opens on top of it and I am able to send the retainer away.
