So I Duty Findered (is that a verb?) a WP today and joined a group that had a completely naked dragoon... Relic Spear but no equipment equipped, just tighty whitey underwears.

He did say in party chat, "Sorry all, made a bet with my buddies that I would run a dungeon naked"....

Once the humor wore off, All I can say is thank god for Vote Kick....

(In our defense we did tell him to equip some equipment and gave him over a minute before the kick...)

I can see the humor wearing off that run real quick. At some point, he should have just put on some armor and end the bet.

Not to say that you shouldn't kick him, but I think a dragon should be able to avoid getting hit at all in WP, and his dps should be enough is it?

Aww, you should a gave him a chance. I bet each one of you have unknowingly carried an ijit dragon through a dungeon more than once. Thus guy could have been someone who actually knows his/her class and could do admirable dps even naked .

I actually find that kind of stuff funny. I've tanked Stone Vigil on my warrior, dressed as a snowman. Must say I was impressed with the healer's ability to keep me up. x'''D Granted, he looked very bored, dpsing in cleric stance and burning all his MP, so I gave him something to do.





Also did a Haukke run during Halloween where we all dressed up.

No No Toranja you can still run naked, just please put on your pants if everyone politely asks you to!

In our defense we did try.. but we were struggling a bit with killing things before the stalker caught up to us. It would've been a fine funny story if we could easily carry him or if he'd put on some pants when we asked. Or hell, even if he said, "I made a bet about running naked, can we try it?" But just stripping off his gear and making our lives more difficult so that his buddies could have a laugh didn't go over well.

Had a tank in one of the more painful runs of CT last night, who half way through said all his gear was broken. I have no idea how people don't repair before long things like CT, but it was rough. We eventually did finish, but man, so much trouble people holding aggro.

Do naked runs with friends, that's what i feel.

You only had him as a tank? Honestly, past Bone Dragon (heck, even in the Bone Dragon fight, and maybe even before that if you plan right) you only need one tank...yeah, a second tank to gather adds is always nice, but you don't *need* that second tank for most of CT.

Every now and then I'll get into a CT run with what would seem like a group of trolls in seasonal gear, but it's obvious they're just seeing how far they can take it so they can get some screenshots to brag with (omg these dungeons are so easy we did it in such and such gear. So pro.). We literally had groups standing outside of the boss areas until they dressed in real gear. I'm all for laughs but as mentioned earlier, the novelty dissipates quickly.
