Skill Point Gone when leveled

Dear SE;

I recently leveled to 31 on Bard and when I entered the character screen to assign my Attribute Point I had 0 for new Attribute Points. Every level I get I put a Attribute Point into my points. Hitting 31 I was never assigned a new point. I never had this problem with MNK or any other toon / job / role.

Now I am afraid Ill hit 32 and the same thing will happen. I sent in a bug report but no one gets back to you on it so what am I supposed to do???

It's not a bug at all, you only have 30 skill pts per class (and not job, it's important for arcanist/smn/sch). After hitting lvl30 you can unlock your job and some interesting skill, but no more skill pts ^^

To make sure I am using the right terminology it is the Attribute Points I am referring to.

I looked at my DEX and it says 13 Attribute Points assigned. and 0 to all the rest. I definitely lost a point or in my sleep assigned a point without knowing it.
This is a new toon. with only archer and just unlocked BRD

I also checked my MNK and there are 30 Attribute Points assigned for PUG/MNK.

The new BRD on a completely new toon / character not my MNK toon lost a point hitting 31...

You didn't lose anything, you get 30 points total.
