Steps:

On that day I did as usual the t1 of the Binding Coils of Bahamut, boss Caduceus. When killed, it dropped two items as usual, and one of them was Allagan Gloves of Healing. I am an healer and rolled Need for it, scoring a 34; about thirty seconds later (don't know why he waited before rolling) the other healer rolled for needing it, and he scored a 10. For some reason, the drop was assigned to him. He then left without saying a word, even if we wanted to continue. I am on Ragnarok EU server and have that character's name if needed. I don't know if this is some sort of bug or if it's some type of cheating, but that pissed me a lot. Is there some way to get my item back, since I won it legally?

the same thing happened to me as well. Only difference was it was Turn 2 with the Allagan Gloves of casting.

I rolled need on the gloves but instead of anyone getting them they just fell to the floor.
I've written bugs and messaged GM's but they just tell me it's under investigation and to watch the forums for a post on it. I just want to make sure that it's fixed before we go into coils again, but it doesn't look like it's gonna happen.

Did you happen to leave the area into Eorzean Subterrane?

Nope. Everything happened at the place where the chests are. I didn't move from there for the whole "event". By the way, initially the GMs answered this, telling me that they are aware of the issue but that they can't do anything to refund items to players. After a while, they answered me again, telling me to repost the problem with a different format and await for an answer. Don't know why.
