    Final Fantasy for the fans

Very well made game, although I'd love to see so much more from the ff adventures. Feel free to post things you'd love to have incorporated into this mmo from the series. Here are is my list.

    - In ff 6 Mog joins your team. I think it would be awesome to make the mog race playable as characters. Imagine being a mog knight or black mage!

    - Add a boss from each ff and remix the music to it. Make the bosses spawn in open world to give it more life. Bosses I think would be amazing with their themes are
ff1- Lich or tiamat, ff2- emperor, ff3- lastboss, ff4- rubicant, the giant of babel, golbez ff5- gilgamesh, ff6- ghost train or kefka maybe some espers ff7- jenova, emerald weapon or ruby ofc sephiroth, ff8- lionheart. ff9- the evil black mages XD, ff10- sin.

-Make more classes, like the classic red mage and blue mage, ninja, samurai from tactics, etc.

-Add chocobo breeding and racing. This would be so epic, like in FF7.

-Create a musical town which holds all of the series music to show this generation the best music in games!

Wait 3-4 years, and if the game is still alive and successful you will see most of what you wrote available.

    1. In FFXIV, Moogles cannot be seen by normal people. Therefore, it would be hard to implement.
    2. I'm sure, in time, many bosses from various different Final Fantasy games will be added. Cloud of Darkness is already planned with Crystal Tower as are many of the bosses of FFIII, Gilgamesh is planned for 2.2, and a few others are planned as well, I'm certain.
    3. More classes will come with each expansion. Patience, now!
    4. Chocobo Breeding will be in 2.4. As for racing, I know they're implementing the Golden Saucer in 2.3, but I'm not sure about Chocobo Racing. Though that might be a thing they tie into the Chocobo Breeding. We'll see!
    5. That'll be a challenge to create an entire town based on that, but there is the Jukebox, an item that is planned to be implemented into housing eventually.

I appreciate your enthusiasm (though I feel some of your suggestions would be a tad out of place in the world it's in), and some of these suggestions are certainly coming soon.

If I wanted something from previous installments in the game, I'd like to see more usage of the Interdimensional Rift implemented as a method for players to travel to the other universes and experience certain events from previous Final Fantasy games (i.e. fighting Lich, Marilith, Kraken, Tiamat, and Chaos in FFI's Chaos Shrine, traversing through Pandaemonium/Arubboth in FFII, etc.), in a similar manner that DC Universe Online is using a plot device known as the "Cosmic Treadmill" to travel back and forth through time and space.

Chocobo Racing will be a feature of FFXIV, heck one of the reviews (was it IGN?) emphasizes Chocobo Racing and repeated it alot during the video review. And I thought it'll be out during the launch, but it wasn't.

They could use the void as a rift to travel into different universe's, say you get sucked into and have to fight your way out or something of that nature,

*puts on nerd glasses* Well technically, The Void and The Rift are two different things. The Void is just a whole lotta blackness and emptiness that only a small handful of folks have ever escaped from. It is also used as a power source by three of the series' villains: The Cloud of Darkness from FFIII, and Enuo and Exdeath from FFV.

The Rift, short for the Interdimensional Rift, on the other hand, is the space between worlds and often acts as a buffer zone between reality and The Void. And, naturally, plenty of characters in Final Fantasy have used The Rift to travel not only to other universes, but also through time as well.

The Warriors of Light from FFI used The Rift to travel 900 years in the past to confront Chaos and save the world.
FFV used The Rift as a major plot device and established a number of ungodly powerful monsters that have the power to traverse to other worlds (Gilgamesh, Shinryu, and Omega amongst them)
I have often speculated that both Cloud and Balthier were able to travel to Ivalice's War of the Lions using The Rift (Cloud through Space, Balthier through Time)
FFVIII's Time Compression plot caused The barrier to The Rift to be thin, allowing Gilgamesh to cut through
FFIX's Memoria is, again my own personal speculation, yet another part of The Rift
FFXI had some dealings with The Rift from what I have heard (using Atomos to travel back in time, which can only be done through The Rift)
FFXII saw Gilgamesh appear once again in a universe that was not his own, as well as Omega.
then FFXIII-2 saw The Rift become a major plot device once again, this time for time travel. Also, Gilgamesh and Omega were once again introduced.
The events of Dissidia, Dissidia 012, and Theatrhythm would not be possible were it not for Cosmos and Chaos able to reach their hands into The Rift and literally pluck champions out of their own universes.

Actually, the Void is already directly referenced in FFXIV - Eorzeans regard it as a chaotic region beyond the seven hells, hence unnatural monsters like demons, undead and transdimensional entities are often grouped together under the term 'Voidsent', as they were stated as materializing from this region.

It should also be noted that the Void is actually where Louisoix sent the original Warriors of Light during the Battle of Carteneau to protect them from Bahamut's Megaflare, where it has been stated they remained 'untouched by the passing of time' until they returned to Eorzea five years later.

So this reoccurring series element is definitely already appearing in ARR. Whether SE takes it further and actually has the player physically visit this location as an actual area in the game though, remains to be seen.

Nihil. Nothing. Louisoix probably sent the Warriors of Light to The Void through a complex variant of the Banish spell, which would make sense as Banish does force its target into The Void. But unless protected by powerful magic or can control the powers of The Void, only those that feed on nothingness (i.e. Cloud of Darkness) can even survive inside of it. There is also no way to travel in time using The Void to my knowledge. Louisoix probably froze 'em in time, shunted them to the void, then had the spell shunt them back once five years was up. Damn impressive spellcrafting by Louisoix, though. Pretty sure only Shantotto could even hope to top that.
