Would be great if the entire spell changed to be personal CD. We only have one at the moment "Raging Strike", having a second CD that increase elemental damage for few seconds would be great and make the spell not just useful but great job addition instead of the support useless spell it is atm. Even something like 5%-8% would be nice.
