Why Hamlet still not available yet?

Maybe in next patch? What are hamlets anyway?

What you know as Hyrstmill, Aleport, and Golden Bazaar in 2.0 were also hamlets in 1.22 that were occasionally attacked by beastmen. You were given 50 hours to supply the hamlets and raise their ranks in order to try for better rewards. Afterwards, there would be a 25 hour battle phase where you could take a party of 8 and help ward off beastmen while protecting four supply carts.

This content dropped seals that were required for the 1.0 relic quest. You could guarantee yourself a seal drop, but you had to camp the hamlet and turn in loads of items only to be outdone by that one other person in the final minutes of the supply phase.
