I'll agree. I'm more fond of Dragonhead, but that's because I like the cold. I get a kick out of that observatory in Coerthas too.

That said, I enjoy how PLD is designed. Still waiting for an armored aldgoat mount...well, that and Fencer/Red Mage.

I am glad to see a post about how much people love the game. I myself find it incredible. One of the best Final Fantasies out for a long time. I am so sad to see these forums filled with complaints and downers. Thanks for showing I am not alone in enjoying this game.

While i agree there are a lot of complaint threads, there is a good reason for them. And no i don't mean to drag this thread down to be negative, but people complain because they too love the game and want to see it improved upon. If they didn't care, they'd just quit and move on. But they complain as a cry for help even if it doesn't seem it.

But on topic: I just finished the main story and felt so accomplished after completing it. Loved the last dungeons which is odd since i hated dungeons till this point. Started my BLM relic aswell which i'm happy about. Now to find people willing to help a newb BLM with those fights to finish it.

I feel that the sylphlands have the best music, not sure why but it's sort of grown on me.

Stuff I like about XIV:
Being able to do everything on one char is brilliant.
Traveling to Mor Dhona and being confronted with a truly bizarre /shout fest.
That I always have something to do when I login, I see a lot of people say it's easy to level everything to 50 and wonder what the hell I did wrong when it took me nearly 2 months of casual play to level my ACN to 50.
Crafting. The economy may be a mess but my WVR lets me wear pseudo-vanity while not doing endgame stuff.

Me too. The whole sylph thing grew on me, it's hard to think those guys can be evulz.

The music in Limsa sounds like they ripped it from How To Train Your Dragon. Not that I'm complaining, I like it.
