You don't need accuracy for primals. Primals matter.

At the end of the day, SMN will always outdo SCH in terms of damage output if the players are of equal skill level. The argument that SMN without their pet does about the same as SCH is inconsequential since SMN is a pet class and a decent chunk of our damage is our pet. SCH can do decent damage with DOTs in between heals, but SCH will never keep up with a pure damage class.
It doesn't really bother me that SCH has the same potential as SMN, they afterall do come from the same starting class. It basically just comes down to, you like being an ACN and having summons, would you rather
a) focus on dps
b) get to heal and dps if you have time
when 95% of their skills are the same it makes sense they would have similar dps output in ideal circumstances.
Except for the bit where they don't actually have the same potential. SMN has more damage potential than SCH and ACN, which honestly wasn't ever really a question so much as a given.

Just chiming in to say: Accuracy does not matter for Bio, Bio II, or Shadow Flare (obviously). These spells will land 100% of the time without fail, regardless of accuracy. Granted, SCH still has to worry about accuracy with everything else (Miasma, Aero, Energy Drain, Ruin).
