I wouldn't bother building LB.. that's a good sign 90% of your players haven't finished past heart :\

if you cant just fight titan you probably wont win anyways..
Things that make your limit break bar fill up faster:
-Healers healing someone with critical HP
-Stunning any ability being casted by a boss
-Silencing any spell from a boss
That's all I know of.
Supposedly DPS attacks that crit, and tank taking damage fill it as well. I've semi-confirmed (tank damage) myself by eating plumes on the Minstrel's Ballad while waiting for swap, we usually have lv3 LB before 2nd aetherial boom.

This doesnt really make the fight easier. LB'ing with two bars caused Titan's astral to hit for 3.5k hp. What if people in your party are below that threshold?
If you want to beat titan, stay alive and dole out as much dmg as possible, w/o relying on a level two LB. Downed him twice with only a lvl 1; we just had great dmg.
So many wise players on these forums.

i was just wounding if there was a way to build it fast like on Ifrit when you stun him if increases the LB quit a bit. if there was a trick on Titan an or Garuda that does the same affect like stunning Ifrit.
In response to building and not building LB for Titan. Every group does different things, if you can beat him without LB then good for you. But that doesn't mean groups that LB will fail, they just prefer a different method.
Also, in building LB it definitely appears to build slower (or slightly different) to how it used to build pre 2.1 and it has nothing to do with the stacking nerf. I've seen non stacked groups build to 2 easily during heart phase only to turn around and have barely 1 bar during other attempts with very little change in how much damage was taken or abilities used.
One good way we found when I was re-running it for a friend's relic quest was how the melee was performing pre-heart. If we fought normally we'd be lucky to have one bar by the time the heart phase came. But if we just auto attacked and threw in occasional buffs and DoTs we'd easily have a full 2 bars at the beginning of the heart phase. We had two MNKs, two BLMs, and two WHMs, by the way.
Because EVERYONE has an FC full of skilled endgame people that can be at your beck & call 24/7. Just FYI, some of us have to pug it.
The pug group we went with for the aforementioned relic relied on an LB to kill the heart, and we got through the whole fight just fine.
