    Titan is basically a boss version of Acheron though. It's pretty obvious SE wanted Titan from FF3 in ARR but realized "Hey, we can't name him Titan because we already have Titan. Good thing we have another enemy with the exact same sprite/model as Titan called Acheron!"

    Titan was in FF3 as a summon as well. I still find it very odd that the boss in Ancient's Maze was also called Titan and wondering if that was just a translation goof.
