Primal: Belias

Since all Summoner Egi are lesser versions of Primals I'm guessing we will be seeing Belias in the future due to the appearance of Belias Egi. This also means the arrival of a New Beast Tribe with Belias.

I'm going to just wing it and guess Belias and the new Beast Tribe will be from the desert area of Ala Mhigo.

How they introduce them can either be a Major Update having most content relating the Ul'dah area or make us wait for the First expansion time since they don't plan to introduce Ala Mhigo until the 1st Expansion with Ishgard.

Well so far it seems to be made that way to imply Belias is not only a Fire Primal like Ifrit but he uses Dark Flames instead of Red Flames.

For now Lesser version like Egi doesn't hold their complete form which will need some work in FF14 due to Belias original art...

So Belius uses Hellfire? Thats just more evidence pointing out this is Ifrit in an emotionally unstable phase.

Belias is a twisted version of Ifrit essentially. He may sound different in Lore, but if SE truly cared for it they would have given him a unique appearance.

I would have accepted (though not been happy about) a palette swap Ifrit with a different story other than "Go beat up this primal a 3rd time, he's a little stronger now."

Like Tupsi said, Belias is not an entity in this game. Belias is the name the developers decided to give the corrupted manifestation of the Ifrit-Egi that summoner called using his newly acquired dark powers. Imagine the real name was "Corrupted Ifrit-Egi", but develpment was nice and decided to actually named it something.

For now it may seem that way but don't forget the Primals Originated outside of Eorzea. Primals did not exists in Eorzea until the Allagans started to find ways to defeated the Primals being summoned in other Continents they were invading.

It is most likely there are other Primals with the same Element as the Primals of Eorzea.
