Relic quest Titan quest item not given

Hello,
yesterday i made The Navel Hard in my only level 50 Job (Paladin) but i haven't received the hyperfused ore. I have proof obviously since the wall of crags (titan hard shield drop) is on my back.
Please i want what i should have in my quest item bag.
Here's my info.
