    Black Banner on PS3 User Login / Password page

    I recently noticed that the banner at the top of the page where you input your login information, see news and updates, etc. has turned black and no longer displays any pictures. Is there any way to fix this? Does it mean a file or something is corrupt? Again this is on PS3 and I asked a friend of mine he says his banner shows up.
