Reset on one-time password on moibile.. Cant log in anymore...

Got a new update on my one-time password on my mobilephone and it tells me to put in my User ID, year of birth and password, when i do so it just tells me that its all wrong and i cannot do anything to get into my own account on the webpage or the game to even change anything.....!

What have you done to the phone app to log into the game this time? First it starts with the Disconnects and now i cant even get online because you changed the freaking update on the one-time password app on the phone.... Seriously, stop screwing around and do stuff propeply and start making people happy by playing the game instead of making them find out that they cannot do anything to play the game and get sad and angry by paying stuff that doesnt work as intended....

Please if anyone else have the same problem please State here in this post what problems you have...

My software token reset itself too. I had to manually take it off my account (remember your emergency password?), then re-register it to my account. Started working again. If you remember your emergency password, try deactivating and reactivating your token, see if that works.
