Duty timers faulty

This is probably in the wrong section and at this point, I don't care. For the last 1hr 30m+ I've been waiting to get into The Navel for my trial. I wouldn't complain if the average wait time was 60m+, but when the game gives me 10m average I expect to wait roughly 20-30 mins tops, not 40mins + like so

Now either my maths is none existant or the Duty average timer is extremely wrong and I ended up wasting 2 hours because when I finally got into my group the healer had no clue what he was doing, despite the fact that everything was explained to him.

I don't mind that every game has their new players, I was one before, but when I tried to leave my group I found that my leave button wasn't working and I had to wait until the timer ran out. Is it that hard for the duty finder to work properly? I'm paying for a service that been out for at least 6 months so most major bugs have been taken out and I'm sick of waitin hours for a duty while the North Americans are getting in quicker than the Europeans are, and the only reason I know that is because I played on their servers before I came to the Europeans!

You have the option of creating your own party either through shouting or with the party finder.
Average wait time says nothing of variance of the wait time.
Long wait times is simply the reality when it comes to DPS queuing for duties.

Bad players are also simply a reality. As a healer I've had plenty of tanks and dps that simply sucked at their roles, and have as such "wasted" countless hours trying to get things done.

Duty finder matches players within a datacenter group. If one group have more players than another chances are the duty finder will let them quicker as well.

They can not predict when a tank is going to decide to do "X" content. It is an estimate based off of previous attempts to put parties together.

Let alone if said tank will withdraw if he is a lazy one and wanted a party in progress, which is about 90% of tanks
