Steps:
Upon accepting the Mythril Madness Mining Leve for the first time, its requirements is to mine 4 nodes (0/4) for a possible Evaluation Bonus (e.g. 160~ +25%). However when going to the area, only 3 of the 4 nodes were available. Making the completion of this Leve VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE.

Thinking this was just a bug on my character. I abandoned the Leve wasting one of my allowances. Accepted it again almost half an hour later, almost same result with only 2 of 4 nodes being available.

Others on our server are experiencing the same issue, as it was shouted in all chat.

Minimap will reveal that no nodes are anywhere in the vicinity. Not even outside the green reticule.
