Aetherflow Bug

While playing scholar and arcanist (I have not unlocked summoner due to laziness, so I'm unsure if it occurs during that role, as well) I will occasionally use the skill, Aetherflow and not get any stacks of the resource. This can be incredibly detrimental to both DPS and healing, since it's such an important mechanic of the class. The skill still returns the MP properly but the buff effect will occasionally not persist.

I have tried recreating it, but I can't find the actual cause. It has happened to me numerous times, just not OFTEN enough to draw any solid conclusions. I do not use aetherflow in any sort of macro, in case that is relevant. What I do know is that it seems to happen when you're very busy. Usually, I'll notice it most when I'm chain-spamming abilities. I'll cast a heal, pop aetherflow, and immediately start spamming the button to begin another heal, or attack. All of my offensive and curative spells ARE set to macros (again, in case of relevance). I do think it also seems to happen more when the monster is engaging me, and dealing damage.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, give an account as to how and when you notice it, please.
