Note : urgent, need to unlock end game gear :/
sad and lazy to lvl other class, nothing left to do.

Same issue here.
World is also Gilgamesh.
Have tried logging out, changing jobs, changing areas and returning, talking to him at all manner of directions. Nothing. Sent in a support ticket through in-game methods as well.

Also having this issue. Most likely just need to respawn the npc. Its frustrating because no end game content is available without this quest chain.

Still an Issue on Gilgamesh. This isn't a minor bug. You can't unlock anything end game without this quest series. Can we please prioritize this? Or at least try just respawning the NPC?

I'm having the same problem, was hoping something would have been done about it by this morning.
every time i go to to see if its been fixed. theres another 2 or 3 players standing there scratching there heads.
I agree with Aedomen, not a minor Bug that can be left till later, requires urgent attention
due to the fact its putting alot of players at a stand still, as it is part of the main scenario quest.
