    Player Effects Volume heard when set to 0

    I have the volume settings for players not in party/self set to 0. I still hear the sounds of other players not in party mining/conducting botany. I do not hear the sounds of other players when fishing.

    Is this a bug? Seems strange that all player noises would be silent except Mining/Botany.
