    Character position updates

    Time: Always
    Frequency: Always
    World name: Gilgamesh
    Character name: Soccora Sureshot
    NPC name: N/A
Monster name: Titan (as a good example)
    Class/Level: 50 All
    Party or solo: Either
    In-game time: Any
    Area and coordinates: N/A
    Steps:

    1. During the Titan/Ifrit fight (hardmode or extreme) if you hard use a skill (press a button for an action to occur) the game updates your location at that exact instant. The problem is that if you are strafing (from a plume or wake) and mid way through the "bad" effect you press a skill button but continue to a safe area the game does not have time to update your position and the "bad" effect hits you.

    2. Playing on my bard I am able to reproduce this constantly during the Titan fight. If I press a skill while strafing there is a high chance that wake of the land will hit me even if I am out of it. I am able to avoid this effect by not using any abilities while strafing and the results are that I never get hit.

    3. This is probably less noticeable by other classes because the bard can shoot while running and there are no range constraints where as a melee dps or caster either has range requirements or stop/cast requirements.
