There is really only three/two ways to fix your problem.

Server transfer to a nicer server. My server(Couerl) is populated with really pleasant and skilled people. Almost every random group can one shot Titan HM and are quite polite while doing it.

Start your own FC of like minded people. Yeah, it's effort but it would be worth it. It doesn't even need to be laser, just an 8 person static that logs on when you do.

Keep on trying your luck on DF. Though I will be honest that most end game content cannot be done in DF.

Aside from those solutions, your only choice is to take a break and come back once new content is out.
