Steps:
When trying to open the treasure coffer to get the timeworn copy of the Omnilex, nothing happens. Another person named Sammy Sam was there as well when this happened and he could not open it either

To add things I've tried:

Logging out and back in.
Abandoned the quest, then picked it back up
Running around the treasure coffer while trying to activate it at the same time

None of these things have let me or anybody else I've seen activate the treasure coffer for the quest. How am I suppose to get my relic weapon? T_T

I have had this exact same issue. Along with another player who came and tried to open the treasure chest while I was standing here.

I am on the Siren server. The other players Character name is Sarah Swiftwind. It happened at 1:10am est.

I am having the same issue as well. I have tried re-logging, closing out the game, changing classes back and forth(from SMN to SCH and reverse), dropped the quest and picked it back up and still have not been able to open the chest. I also submitted a detailed ticket as well with the following title: "Scholar Relic Quest Bug Multiple Users Effected** "Attaching screenshot:
