Chocobo Breeder!

Okay I know if this is actually ever going to be implemented into the game then it has already been designed, developed and tested. HOWEVER, I really want to be a chocobo breeder and breed different types of chocobo's with a degree of excessive fantastical variation, possibly even upgrades for the chocobo companion. I want to breed Chocobo's of different colors and from different Final Fantasy Games, like the XIII-2 and X games. I love my Chocobo now but I would really like to the companion feature to be aggressively expanded. Anyways, that's it my feedback. Feel free to add on your own ideas to this thread concerning Chocobo's. Pics would be awesome too.

I want this so bad! I thought this was going to be in the game at release, because they did in fact say they were going to have this in game, i never knew i'd have to wait X amount of months. >.> Same with housing.

From the outset chocobo breeding was said to be an extension to the housing system (i.e. you build the stables on your housing plot). I believe the last estimate had it slated for 2.3 alongside the personal housing but I might be wrong and that could have changed by now.

They have a LOT of features planned for housing though.

The only problem I can think of for chocobo breeding and getting different colors of plumage for our chocobo companions, would be that any FFT players would likely suffer from PTS anytime they saw a red Chocobo.

Either that, or they're like me, and would love to see the Chocobo Companion system be expanded with a fourth skill tree for Caster Chocobos, and the Rank 10 ability be Choco-Meteor. >w>

I want a black chocobo! But yeah, I also can't wait for choco breeding, especially after it's fully developed. Being able to breed, train and sell mounts will be cool.
