Steps:
I was doing my Labyrinth of the Ancient runs trying to get items for my Bard. When at the end of the Final boss, Acheron, my group left before my cutscene ended and it forced the item into my armoury chest implying I rolled for it and now I have to wait till next week to get an item. It shouldnt take my chance or even give me an item without me rolling for it. If I can get my item chance to roll for an item back for the week or even an item from the dungeon in return for this inconvenience it would be much appreciated.
The item I received was called "Royal Crown" for CNJ, WHM, and SCH. Clearly I can't use any of those items.

A similar thing happened to me on the Behemoth King. The monk pants (Fukama Hakama) dropped and i selected pass (i suppose it is possible that this didnt go through due to the hectic nature of CT and it thought i was still waiting on the loot, which would cause the problem) but they showed up in my armory chest, thus locking me out of loot for the week. I dont even have a pugilist, let alone a monk, so I was looking to have some way to trade this loot back in for a reset lockout or some loot I could use. I filed a call with the in-game GM system and they told me to take it here (the original number on that request was 3389002).
