<Relentless> Recruiting for a second coil and all who wish to join

The Free Company Relentless (OATH) is currently looking to recruit new members. We are a small, but active FC with friendly albeit quirky members. Relentless is located on the Exodus NA server. We are a small group of friends that have played together for years on other MMOs and would like to find like-minded friendly players. As stated, we are currently a low member-count FC but all great Free Companies take time to grow. If you are interested in being part of a relaxed social environment while getting the chance to be part of dungeon runs and getting further within the game’s content we might be the FC for you.

We do have some requirements for applicants but we feel they are pretty fair things to ask of a prospective future member:

1. Must be competent and confident in gameplay. Must be able to understand your roles in party situations as to avoid conflict and issues.

2. Fluency in English is required as we are an English speaking guild. Communication is a key component in many situations.

3. Fluency in general civility is also a plus. All members should be willing to help others grow as players.

4. This is not a place for egos to run rampant. You are not in competition with each other, remember that. And critique is not meant to harm but to help. Please keep that in mind whether you are on the giving or receiving end of said critiques.

5. New player or old player, we’re fine with any players no matter their status and level. Everyone has to start at the same level as everyone else.

6. We’d prefer to have only adults in the FC but we may make exceptions for younger members as long as they can maintain a mature outlook overall.

Now, if you don’t feel confident in your abilities and are new to the game, that’s perfectly acceptable and of course, understandable. We are more than willing to help people learn and grow as players and assist them in their goals. We like to help others. We know that everyone is new at some point and thus should not be looked down upon for their inexperience. If you are willing to learn, you will gain that confidence over time!

Days and times aren't set for the second team just yet, as the team isn't put together and the schedule will be up to all eight members to decide among themselves. If your main class is one of the roles that are already filled, we apologize. There is definitely still room for you in the free company! And the possibility of a future team 3 and a role as a potential filler for either coil team isn't out of the question.
