Snurble Tufts

I am not sure if im reporting the right thing, but when i see this statement during the release of patch 2.1 i assume gathering Snurble tufts will be easier because of greater quantity. When i tried farming fleece im getting 1-9 pieces of fleece but when i tried framing for snurble tufts i get 1-2 pieces only. Maybe this is something the server forgot to apply in the whole game or maybe in my server only (btw im in Coeurl Server). Below is the statement where i read the changes in patch 2.1 and a screenshot of my screen during farming. Please consider to review the following and apply changes if need be. Thanks



The following items may now be dropped by enemies in greater quantities:
Aldgoat Skin / Gigantoad Skin / Boar Hide / Peiste Skin / Diremite Web / Fleece / Snurble Tuft / Pudding Flesh / Hippogryph Sinew / Diremite Sinew / Wolf Fang / Raptor Sinew
