You can't dodge faster. You're either preempting them (which you are doing because you know the order - which is the same as pre-dodging) or you are using the visual cue to dodge. The fight was designed for players to use the visual cues to dodge Titan's attacks, the same way you see the dev's play in the previews. It doesn't matter that you 'feel' the reaction time in the second video was slow.

It matters A LOT!!! Between the plumes pop and the first step of the char, there is like....1.5s. IT IS DAMN SLOW. 1.5s, no sprint, there is a far more important problem than delay here, and this videos shows nothing other than "you can die outside of plumes". But his problem is not delay, and he is just the type of people who focus on the fact that they die oustide of plumes, but should improve themselves. Be honest about his reaction time (or if you don't, there is no point in this discussion)
