There are always weak links in a group and it's our responsibility to help them through that.That being said, the design of the encounter makes it rather impossible for people to do that.
I have no issues with getting stuck on progression bosses when it comes to raiding..but this...is frustrating.

Very very discouraging. Bring every fault I see in the game to the foreground and makes the exponentially annoying.
