Launcher Stopped Working

(Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place >_>; )

So yesterday the game worked fine loaded up like normal.
Today when I tried to start up the game it did the usual version check and then nothing for a few minutes until I get

(used someones elses picture but it looks exactly the same)
I don't know if it matters but earlier when I tried to update my graphics card it was giving the same kind of error. I restarted my computer..a few times.. and was able to update my graphics card.
I tried looking in the forums for a solution but I haven't seen one that worked.. so if anyone could help that would be wonderful >_<

Edit: Also its not a super big emergency since I have my new computer sitting next to me unbuilt >_> Just better than playing on my laptop while I wait for the last piece to arrive (and encase I ever run into this problem again) so a solution would be nice.. XD

If a restart doesn't work, usually you will have to reinstall.
You can also try and check the config section of the game as well. It may still be trying to find your old GPU info and therefor not working properly.

I am computer impaired XD how would I do that?

Fixed it XD install worked.. I think.. at least it made it to the updater and is patching >_> hah..
