Graphics bugs since day one and suddenly new ones from 1.17c

These bugs were never fixed for me. All bugs wo any form of AA.
LL- Thanalan boat, water only on the starboard, texture flickering (latest Nvidia drivers and old ATI drivers)
Shadow flickering (borders) at certain angles of your char, also wrong drawn shadows on the body itself especially if your skin can be seen (Nvidia)

New bug since 1.17c: Not a graphics bug in the 1st place, maybe my hardware is dying on me or the latest windows updates were bad. Well, i tested my hardware (memory, ssd , graphicscard, cpu) and it seems OK. But as of today, the game stutters and not randomwise.
When?: If you deliver local leves at the point of the reward. All 8 local leves nearly freezed my PC. CS , if you take the boat to LL. Extreme stuttering.
Otherwise the game seems to behave like always. So i think there is something going on.

Will update, if i have the exact stuttering for tommorrow local leves.

    The relevant System information
Nvidia GTX 470 1,3 Gb Ram Version
Driver 275.33 and previous. 64 bit Version.
    Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Shadow details high or maximum, resolution all, with or without AA.
If you go around a charakter 360° with camera, i would say 1/6 of the circle or angles have the shadow artifacts. I have some good screenshots but i cant upload any form of pictures here and i dont want to host it anywhere else.
You see alot of "shadow" triangles on the skin and equipment of characters and the borders of the shadows on the ground are flickering with alot of triangle edges.
I asked other with same artifacts and there is a high chance that this is a not only a driver issue from Nvidia but AMD too, which can't render the shadow information of the gameengine properly on all angles. Why, i don't know. I think there is a bug for the engine itself.

Stuttering on local levequests, cutscenes and animations. I did a workaround. It is a Vram error . I better call it a buffer overflow. The workaround is to set the overall graphic quality one step down.
I clearly emphasize, that the gameengine stresses the vram on every form of animation.
But there are some weaponskills, the teleportation animation, local levequest (blend in effect), that can't be handled well. Especially the teleportation animation can stop a fluid gameplay. I'm relative sure, that AMD and Nvidia (both has the same problem) need to cooperate with SE to fix this. If you really want to have a smooth gameplay, take a card with 3Gb of RAM.

Many people here tend to post their "knowledge" without providing required information. I know it can be boring to fulfill templates, but this is how the things are working for now, so you're not helping at all if you don't follow up the rules.
    I truly agree with origamikitsune.

    Greetings ScoutX!

Thank you for the additional information. While we do ask for the template to be filled out entirely, we'll be able to forward the concern with the information you have given us since it's more of a graphical problem. Any updates may be posted within the forum as they become available. Thanks again for contacting us back!
