to be perfectly honest this job thing is kind of a bad idea, with only these classes, and a 1 to 1 plan, because like 3 of these jobs dont really fit, but they are going to want to make them fit, into classic roles. Looking at conjurer, its really like a redmage without a sword, thaumaturge is like some usually less known class, maybe oracle maybe something else, but it isnt black mage like at all, not whm like at all. Its a debuff dot tanking mage class. Pugilist doesnt fit the lore of monk in any way, and has most of the skills of theif.

The problem with the 1 to 1 system is its going to force them to make jobs the wrong jobs, just to fulfill the most likely/desired job classes, or to put a class into a role they need, like whm. Honestly no class is very whm like right now, no class should be whm.
