If there is anything I would like to see done right to the point it makes grown men jump up and down like little children it is the Remix of Clash On The Big Bridge.

Oh please let this one legendary song of all FF songs be done right and have Gilgamesh fight be a very good memerable 1 vs 1 fight. Heck slap on 3 Rounds of the fight just for having the fight increase in difficulty each round. Having Gilgamesh obtain a weaker Zantetsuken ability at Round 3 of the fight when he finally have all 8 arms out since he has the Masamune which is the weapon that use Zantetsuken in Final fantasy 8 which is Post-Excalibur Found Gilgamesh.

As someone who's never played an FF game outside of XIV and so has no idea who Gilgamesh is, all I can comment with is...

I see 8 arms in that picture, not 6! Also, he needs to go to fashion school.

I thought it was really well done in FF12. It was difficult, it was a long quest, it had great gear drops, the music was insanely good, and you had the option to do it 1v1 (which was ridiculously hard considering he had Enkidu by his side).

and he is on a search for the legendary sword Excalibur but has always end up finding a fake version called the Excalipoor which you see him holding in the art.

The Excalipoor is FF series legendary weapon known for being the mother of all weakest weapons in the FF series performing only 1 damage for all attacks.

Yes to making it include some epic music and a great battle... And absolutely no to it being 1 vs 1 (or at least forced 1 vs 1).

well there are not many 1 vs 1 battles in this game. Most boss battles are group content but it get kind of tiring when it still running the same role over and over again...

tank = spank this boss to get his attention and spank him some more to make him hate you more than the other party members so he only looks at you and not face the party members and hit them. Dodge this and that then get back to spanking him. See random AoE spawning? Oh just spank the boss some more so he will rage at you and try to chase you down in a rage while you keep spanking him. Oh look the boss is about to do a special move that doesn't protect him from stun. *stun boss* Nope!

DPS= Stand here and Stand there while just pew pewing all day long until Boss HP hits zero. Oh a AoE spawned on your location? Move out then back when it is done. Follow this guy and follow that guy. Oh look some adds appeared to help the boss... *kill adds* Nope! Back to pew pewing, stabby stabby and punching the daylights out of the boss. Oh there is some special button that needs pushing? Push the shinny button and back to pew pewing the boss!

Healer = Just follow the leader or leaders and heal them. Some guy low on HP? Heal! Two guys low on HP? Heal! Tank needs some help? Heal! Boss AoE the entire group? Group Heal! See AoE about to hit? Dodge and then heal some more!

It is maddening when all group content boss fights are like this the entire time while the so called harder version is the samething but with more AoEs to dodge but people still call these fights special when they're not special at all. It just the samething as Solo content but with less stress on the play because their role are reduced to 1 thing.

Sorry I'm not refering to you but it just dissappointing when people would call a group boss fight special or unique when it is still just makes people do the samething over and over again that they faced from the countless other bosses.

There are still plenty of unique boss fights in this game but they're still limited to places like CT and Coil.

Right now we need something that would be fun and not just the whole 1 role and 1 Job mentality group boss fights are stuck with.

However, this is still a fight against Gilgamesh we are talking about and one does not simply Tank, DPS, nor Heal in a fight against Gilgamesh.
