anyone else have this problem?

i just started playing yesterday, and already this has happened at least 50 times. i am just walking along, accidentally run into a wall, and glitch into it, and then i cant run back out cuz every time the ground goes down i move down below it again. this is very annoying cuz i have to then return back to camp and head out again, which has probably wasted at least 6 hours of my time so far. anyone else having this issue?

Never had this issue myself.. If its happening 50 times for you that's definitely weird. You can always call a GM to free you but if its a reoccuring issue there may be something wrong with the software.

Hmm. . . I've heard of people having this happen while alt-tabbing, but never of it just randomly happening. I'm guessing if this is happening that often, you might need to re-install, or something. . .

It only happened to me once or twice randomly D: other than that i have not had t his happen.

well i might try reinstalling i just dont know if even that will work cuz just the game itself is extremely slow on my computer even tho it meets the recommended requirements so im thinking it has to just be a problem with my computer or something. i suppose i will try reinstalling tho

What are your PC specs?

its a laptop, windows 7 ultimate 32 bit, 4gb ram, 2.2 ghz processor (a bit below recommended but still well above minimum) and im not sure how to check what my graphics card and such is

If you open the FF14 Config program, there will be the option to copy your specs to the clipboard. Then you can just ctrl-v it here.

i even have to use alt+f4 just to close it

the only problem is when i open the system information thing in the config program the window is too large for me to see anything but the tabs and the info window everything else is cut off, and i can move the window. i also cant just highlight and copy the info.
