I can take 1.2 in gil

nothing on either world is worth enough on the markets, and the volume is simple not there, I would be stuck with loads of inventory that would take forever to sell (most likely at a loss)

any ideas ?!

Not sure the exact amounts but your retainers can hold some. Then I'm guessing you should just look harder on something that you can either profit a tiny bit that sells for less in your world while it sells for more on the other.

As a last resort you could always be prepared to lose some money, it shouldn't be a huge loss. Try to not just go on only one item or as you said you would be stuck trying to make the money back from it for too long, and possibly lose even more money because prices will drop while you're still trying to sell it.

You could also take this moment to buy stuff you need or will need that may be cheap? Give some away as a parting gift too !

hahaha ya ideally I would like to not have to monopolize anything, hence the problem, with 8 million to deal with, I would end up having to buy so much I would be undercutting myself for weeks on the other legacy server

As some other said, make additional characters and use a friend to get a million on to each. That should cover most of your money.

You can also have a friend mail it to you, and then open the mail on your new server (it gets transfered too).
