Here's the million dollar question. Why do you care what other people do? Are they stopping you from playing the game? Is SE paying you to tell other players to have more respect? Didn't think so. SE doesn't care about what a very, very, very, very, very small percent of people are being rude about it because they are still getting money from the rude/disrespectful complaining players. Which is all that matters.

People are going to do simply whatever they want/can and it's no amount of threads you can do to stop them.

What creative talent? All these characters came from another game, FF games use a world based around previous FF games, most all aspects of this game can be seen in other MMO's exactly what did they do that not everyone else has done already?

"Creative talent" was meant as a broad term and is reflected in numerous aspects of making a game (art, game design, audio design, tech) - not just the base brand design and lore. The fact that it uses tried-and-true concepts from a legacy of past MMO's doesn't make the endeavor any less considerable.
