Guardian Forces [GF] might be a FC for you!

Guardian Forces(yes, those things from Final Fantasy 8!) is a small family FC! We lost some members sadly and we want to buff up more! What can you get from us? Well Ted, tell them what they could win!

-A Small FC that looks to stay small so that you know each and every member by name and maybe even their actual full name!
-We treat each person as a literal member of the family. Each person is seen as a sister or a brother. We don't turn our backs on you, for however small your problem is.
-Did I mention small? By this I mean, we don't look to exceed over 32 members. Why? We at GF don't want to have the hassle of people being left in the sidelines because there are just so many people. Have you been in a giant Guild before? Everyone knows no one and you feel like a small fry compared to everyone? Especially if you are new? It's fustrating. We don't like that. As stated before, we want to promote an enviroment where you can log on and say hi, and every welcomes you with a smile.
-Life>Game! We don't care if you have to work 6 times a week and only able to get on for 3-4 hours a day that you work and then half on the day you don't. We want you to make sure your life is taken care of so you can come to Eorzea, and have fun. Stress is no fun, and when something makes you feel like you have to do more, than well, no fun!
-We are still strong on completing content. Though we put life first, that doesn't mean we slack. We get on, we beat fights, we have fun, and we do it together!
-We have RaidCall!
-Our name is awesome!

Thank you Paris! And it IS exactly like that. It's an enviroment of just, fun! We enjoy jokes and laughter and, hell we tease each other. Sometimes we might go too far. We did gross someone out, which we apologized and made sure never to do again so that we did not isolate her. Since then though, our perverted jokes have almost stopped...though I still try to kiss my 2nd-In-Command. He won't let me. T_T

What I'm saying is, we try to have the most fun out of any situation(bad tank? Joke about the mobs running around with a funny song in the background!), but at the same time we make it fair and safe. I'm a laid back guy who loves to joke and just play around. At the same time though, I am a leader, and I do take it seriously. I deal with problems head on, I don't sweep it under the rug, and I don't tell people to deal with it. I take each concern into consideration, think it over, and act upon it. If someone is not respecting you, I talk to that person and figure out if there is a middle ground. I am not a lazy leader, I do have a strict side...but that is only for issues that arise. It likes to sleep in a cave in the back of my mind and do weird dances.
