Item Missing After Server Problems on January 6th

Hello,
On January 6th, my group had just finished Turn 2 of Binding Coil of Bahamut. The loot that dropped from the run were Allagan Boots of Healing and Heavy Allagan Cuisses. I, who was on whm, needed on the boots along with the sch. After passing on the Heavy Allagan Cuisses, I received the short Fanfare song notifying me that I had won the boots, and they were placed in my armoury chest. Shortly after, I proceeded to equip the boots, but was greeted with the notorious error: 90000. I then tried to log back into the game, and received the error: 10105. After multiple unsuccessful attempts of logging in, I was finally successful, but I was no longer inside Turn 2. Instead I found myself standing outside in Wineport. I opened my armoury chest, and as I proceeded to equip my newly obtained boots, the spot in which they had previously occupied, was now empty.
This took place on Monday January 6th, at 6:46pm pst.
Fortunately I have proof of myself obtaining the boots. The following link contains a short clip of the cutscene after defeating ADS in Turn 2, myself obtaining the boots, and then the boots missing after logging into the game.

I checked with the rest of my party and they too received the error, along with many others. I would appreciate it if you would please investigate your own logs and resolve this issue. I can also provide screenshots of both obtaining the boots and the before and after of my armoury chest.

Wow that is horrible, you can see you obtained the boots and they were in your armory, then as soon as you go to equip them... ERROR! SE can be fair, and you have a legit claim on a serious flaw on their end. I think they can and should make this right.
