Anyone else wish they could have a pipe?

I think it would be really cool if our characters could equip in-hand items that weren't weapons, such as Aideen of Fallgourd Float with her pipe:


It wouldn't necessarily have to serve any purpose other than simply adding a bit of character and flavor in downtime moments. Perhaps this is a feature that could grow out of the vanity system? Anybody else think it would be cool to have little trinkets and personal effects as in-hand items as opposed to weapons all the time?

On a separate note, I'm also hoping for "casual / street / civilian" wear. Some of the DoL/DoH gear comes close to pulling it off, but I'd like to see this concept taken further. For example, I wish SE would make this outfit available:

I personally wouldn't mind a pipe or an emote that triggered one. However with the over the top purge that is going on with smoking in the US, I'd half expect a push for the ESRB to rate the game AO just for a hint of smoking being in the game.

I wouldn't care for a pipe personally, but the idea of non-weapon items to hold would be nice. Musical instruments, flowers, pets, books, etc etc.

I thought about that too, but since there are already NPCs that smoke, isn't the damage already done, so to speak? I'm no expert on the rating criteria of the ESRB, but I'd have to think that they wouldn't quantify the offense of a player character engaged in tobacco use over an NPC. In all honesty, I'd be happy just to have the ability to hold the pipe like Aideen does. A smoking animation would be really cool and immersive, but I'd be happy with less if it was the difference between something like this making it into the game or not.

(Ironically, IRL, I'm not a smoker of any kind. When I made my character, something about her made me think that she may smoke a pipe. Go figure.)
