    PS3 cannot launch error../sigh

    Sorry if it's been answered in posts but I couldn't find it.

    I went to play after not playing for about a month on PS3 and it's saying
    "Cannot Launch FFXIV please register the promo code that came with your package"
    When I go to enter the registration code (I have the physical copy) it says that its expired? It's the only code I have and I've been paying for it for months so its not like I didn't pay for a month or anything. Any one have a fix for this or is it a contact SE thing? Thanks

    This just sounds like you've used whatever subscription time you had and haven't got the reoccurring payment option set up, so you'll need to re register your payment details and pay for more subscription time.
