PVP Botting

They know everyone hates them, and they use Busy status to block all the rage tells that they would be getting. I've reported them a bunch of times and even managed to talk to a GM about it. I haven't seen comfort recently, either s/he hit rank 30 or has gotten in trouble.

Been playing in the 30-40 brackets on my fresh bard, bots in like 80% of the games, basically.
Dunno if they stopped queueing 50, but they're still around, and probably will be until the next big sweeping ban wave.

That's how games usually do bans, but I think taking the effort to go after the PvP botters would be better, rather than just waiting.
It hurts having them around, especially for a new pvp community. :/

still no word from SE on this? ive been having to make myself log in lately from all the bullshit trouble from SE, lag and now this. ive never seen botting impact a game as much as this and SE is just setting on their hands and face apparently if they cant event post an official response.. fuck this game I quit

BM & CL are the same guy. He has 2 bots running at the same time. He admits he does this because "PvP sucks right now. All you do is sprint around and die, you can't even cast."

Apparently botting must not be against the terms of service, as he'd have been banned by now. He has been reported about 7000 times. He claims to be buddies with GMs, so that's probably how he got the number.

I have screenshots of him harassing me, if that will help.

Not sure about you guys but in the Japanese Datacenter (Elemental), The bot was gone on the 2nd week.

No.... I think it is their own negligence. Anyone who has dealt with SE in a previous title can tell you how horrible their timing is.

SE needs to update their subscription members about EVERYTHING they plan to do, not just in-game content. To the little potential ARR is worth atm, I doubt this company cares anymore. They may "grab the money and run".

@OP: If you care to see the outcome of this situation, please try to censor your findings on the Official Forums but reveal those BOTs in customer support.

That way this thread wont be deleted.

The forums aren't for reporting other players, it's for info, feedback~ reporting in-game bugs.
