I am currently experiencing the same bug mentioned by kaakumaanu. I was able to put the first key item in but now I can't interact with the "Feasting Table" at all. Is it possible I used the wrong key item? The picture matched but it may have been the wrong one I used first. In any case, I can't complete the quest and cannot progress main quest as kaakumaanu mentioned.
