"Dressed to Deceive" Main Story Bug. Reoccurring since OCTOBER.

Steps:
After putting on the Outfit given to me. I proceeded to talk to the 5 npcs. the first 4 functioned perfectly, however the 5th does not acknowledge me at all. If i take the outfit off the NPC will talk to me. If i put it back on the NPC ignores me. This quest has been bugged since OCTOBER which i found out through a forums search. It is always the 5th NPC that you talk to. Which means it isn't the order or the particular NPCs themselves that matter. This issue also seems to randomly go away and reoccur (also found out through a search of the forums.) This bug has been reported numerous times and all of the times has been listed as "resolved" by Moderators. It is not resolved. There is at least 10 other players waiting and hoping they get lucky and it decides to work for them. Just because the issue isn't always present doesn't mean you doing nothing about it fixes it.

Once again: the name of the quest is: "Dressed to Deceive" it is a MAIN story quest. which means it is REQUIRED to be completed. It is currently bugged. It has had the same reoccurring bug since OCTOBER. You have declared it fixed numerous times.

Me and my friends are also encountering this problem. It has completely prevented us from continuing the game, and we're being left behind even more by friends who have already completed this. It's extremely frustrating and as a designer who worked on several AAA MMOs, its a bit unacceptable to just consider the problem fixed when it randomly fixes itself.

I can understand this occurring on a non-essential quest, but the fact that this completely inhibits a person's ability to advance in the game is frustrating from a player point-of-view.

This is compounded by the lack of response, and constant closing of threads marking this as 'fixed' when the issue is clearly not fixed. Letting your player base know that you care and that are at least looking into the issue (rather than telling them to check fansites for a solution), can ease the anxiety of your customers.

In the end your own customers are your greatest marketing tool as well...
