Has anyone else got this issue, feel free to reach my whispers.

We are tying to report this bot but both of us have been unable to report ANYTHING since 2.1, we've tried to reset client and reinstalls. No help.

The text box remains greyed out and we cannot type or submit anything into either fields.

i have had that when i tried to report a bug in beta its a common thing just wait for a bit and it should be open again

also you need to black out the name of the person you wish to report because otherwise it will be classed as harassment

What I hate is that after opening that window, if I go to open it again, nothing will work anymore.
No FAQ, no news windows, no report cheating, no report RMT and when I logout the game freezes to black screen, as if something gets stuck when opening the support desk windows.
I reported this but nothing has been fixed so far. I guess they are more than happy to get max 1 report / session… if it works.

For me the form stays blank but only for about 2 seconds, then it loads.

Not that it serves any use, no one i report gets banned so whats the point.

Haven't seen any bot recently ... although I haven't been on the look out for them. Maybe try sending an email with the picture? That way they can get the photo with all the info.

In my experience, when this happens all I need to do is zone into another area. Then pull up the report function and most of the time it works. There have been times where even doing this didn't solve the problem, however.

I also had this happen. I think it may be do to lag issues but i can't be 100% certain. Usually happens to me in a busy area. But to comment on the bot issue, i have seen many of bots lately, but they're all under ground now and i can't target them to see their name for a report. But they have super bots now, they mine so fast, they don't have any delay when they mine, just 4 quick strikes then teleport to a new spot, then 4 more quick strikes and more teleporting. Honestly it's issues like this that makes the economy so horrible. They flood the AH with everything. A great way to see some bots is to check the crystals or shards. Some people on my server were selling like 6 stacks of 2,000 each. No sane person could mine THAT much

Uh oh, you have a name in that ss. Doctor Mog just got permanently banned off the forums for showing a bots name. SE protects the RMT and bots more than they do the real players. Might want to fix that pic up in paint to remove the names, you know just in case the over zealous mods get you.
